Generating Tons of Cheap Clicks and Likes
You are going to learn how to generate cheap clicks and likes to your fan pages. I am going to show you everything you need to drive very cheap clicks with Facebook ads.
In fact, I am going to show you the exact technique I used to generate cheap clicks in a very competitive niche.
If you really want to get very cheap clicks and likes, there are two important points you really need to understand very clearly:
1. Identify your audience precisely and Target accordingly
2. Create compelling and highly relevant ad copy
Step 1: Identify the Interests and Likes of Your Audience
As I have explained above, it is very important to understand your audience and their interest.
So, in this section I am going to show you how to identify interests and likes of your audience
Let’s get started …
One of the most powerful features of Facebook Traffic ads is you can target your audience based on Pages they have liked, their interests and their activities.
Let me briefly explain…
In PPC advertising platforms such as Ad-words you bid on keywords. And, everything is designed based on your target keyword.
PPV Is About Keywords/URLs.
With Facebook advertising,it is different. You bid on demographics, interests and likes of your audience.
Facebook Ad Is About Demographics,
Interests and Likes of Your Audience.
You bid on people’s interest, based on the information they list on their profile or the pages they have liked.
On Facebook, people share information about their age, gender, occupation, hometown and interest through their personal profiles. And,through their actions, Facebook users provide key information about pages they like.
What does all mean to you …
It means, you can reach your target audience with plethora of Facebook targeting options available.
If you bid on the right interest and create relevant and compelling ad, you are going to reach your audience easily and get cheap clicks and likes.
The More Relevant Demographics Likes and Interests are, The Higher the Response Would be.
The Catch is …
First, you are going to analyze what your audience use in their profiles and pages they have liked. Then, bid on interests and likes.
That being the fundamentals you need to understand, let me show you how to find the interests and likes of your audience.
For demonstration, we are going to use the “Playstation” games niche.
There are three ways to identify the interests and likes of your audience.
Method 1: Ninja Technique
In this section, I am going to show you a sneaky and powerful way to research your audience using graph search.
How to use graph search to study your audiences likes and interest
Using the powerful technique that I am going to show you soon, you are going to discover almost everything your audiences are interested.
First, Identify Two Popular Pages In Your Niche.
You can use Facebook to identify two fan pages about PlayStation.
Let’s take the following pages:
Playstation 4: https://www.facebook.com/PlayStation.Band
Second: Identify Pages Liked By Your Audience
Search the following terms in Facebook graph search
Pages liked by people who like Playstation 4 and PS3
Make sure to substitute with 2 pages in your target niche. These are the two pages identified earlier.
You are going to get a list of pages liked by your audience
Take notes of all
♦ Toys and others liked by your audiences.
I would always prefer to categorize as
♦ Precise interest: Such as PlayStation 2 , Playstation 3 or PS 4 etc
♦ Related interest such as product names or Brands Like Sony PlayStation
♦ In some niches, you should also consider things like organizations, associations, games, music, athletes, etc liked by your audiences.
Action: Take notes of all pages, related to your target topic.
Second: Identify Your Audience Favorite Interests
Search the following in Facebook graph search. Make sure to use the two fan pages used earlier.
Favorite interests of people who like Playstation 4 and PS3
The take away …
Take notes all precise interest and pages liked by your audiences.
Method 2: This technique involves brainstorming ideas in a logical way.For instance, people who are interested on Playstation games would be interested in:
PlayStation 4, etc
Please remember that some people could also write Play Station 3, instead of PlayStation 3. So, we are going to bid on such kind of terms
Play station 3
Play station 3
Play station 4
Also for abbreviations like
Did you get the idea? These are the obvious and direct ways to come up an idea for your audience interest. This works for any niche. Brainstorm everything that comes to your mind.
Method 3:Let me show you how to use Precise Interest and likes suggested by Facebook
First, you are going to login into your Facebook account. Go to https://www.facebook.com/ads/create
and you are going to use Precise interest box
Type your main keyword;
In our example it is going to be “Playstation”.
Facebook will give you suggested Precise Interests
To create as targeted ads as possible, focus only on precise interest.
Make also sure to brainstorm terms like PS3 and others
Make also sure to check suggested likes and interests
Repeat the process again and gain, until you brainstorm lots of interests of your audiance .
Step 2: Identify Demographics of Your Audience
In this section, I am going to show you how to identify the demographics of your audience, especially the age group and gender.
Here is how you do it …
For the sake of demonstration, let’s use “Playstation” games toy niche. First, identify an authority site in your niche. To identify authority site for playstation games, you can use Google or Alexa. Let’s take
http://www.psu.comas an authority site for playstation games.
Plug psu.com into https://www.quantcast.com/ and hit enter
Once you hit search, you are going to get traffic and demographic data that looks like this.
Since you are interested on the demographic data, click “Demographics” link located at the right side of the page.
Once you click the link, you are going to get all the details about the demographic of your audience.
You are going to need the age group and gender of your audiences.
♦ Age group
At the end, you should be able to identify the gender and age group of your audience. Please remember that you are going to use demographics of your audience for your Facebook ad campaign.
Take notes of
Gender of majority of your audience
Age group of the majority of your audience
Step 3: Create Compelling and Relevant AD Copy
Next, is to create an ad copy that appeals to your target audience. So, in this section, I am going to show you how to create a very simple and powerful ad copy.
1. Compelling: you need a high CTR ad. High CTR equals LOW CPC.
2. Relevant: You Want to Create Ads that Resonates with Your Audience.
You are going to design your ad taking into consideration these two key points.
As a reminder Facebook ad copy has three components.
Let me briefly explain the first point …
High CTR Equals Low CPC
If you are promoting CPA offers or sales based affiliate programs with Facebook ads, it is best to bid on CPC (cost per click) basis. But, for like campaigns, it is recommended to bid on CPM basis.
In simple terms, if you want to use Facebook ads to build your fan base, you are going to bid on CPM basis. Which means, you are going to pay for every thousand impression of your ad.
What does this mean? f you design high CTR ads, you are going to get lots of clicks. If your ad sucks, you are going to waste your money.
How to Pick Compelling Image for Your Facebook Ad
As I have repeatedly noted, if you really want to get cheap clicks and likes with Facebook, you need to have compelling and relevant ad.
And, you have to clearly understand that the image and title part of an ad copy are used to attract your audience attention.
Image plays great role in boosting the CTR of your campaign. In fact, it contributes more than 70%.
Therefore, if you really want to create highly effective ad, you need to pick the right image. I can’t stress this enough. This is very critical.
The image part is the most influential and critical element used for gaining your audience attention. If your ad fails to capture your prospects attention, your ad fails completely.
Let me show the image I used to get more that 1.7% CTR in Playstation niche.
Instead of using the obvious PS4 images, I used an image of one of the games included in PS4.
Here is the ad I used to consistently get 1.683% CTR
Here is the ad I used to get crazy CTR…
You can see this image resonates with the PS audience. Because, PS lovers enjoy playing games. Even though I was getting huge CTR, 1.683% consistently, I ended up paying $0.02 CPC. Because, the niche is extremely competitive with high Average CPC.
The Take Away …
Use unique, relevant and compelling image that resonates with your target audience.
Another important point I want to remind you is that Ad blindness is very common with Facebook ad. To minimize the effect of ad blindness, you need to select very unique images. I highly recommend you to split test multiple varieties of images and identify the best performing once.
One point that I want to make very clear is Facebook ad is all about split testing. So, I highly recommend you split test as many images as possible so as to come with the best CTR image.
How to Create a Compelling Title
The purpose of title is to get your prospects attention. So, if you really want to attract your audience’s attention, you need to have very powerful title.
The good news for like campaigns, creating a powerful title is very simple. Please don’t complicate this part.
Asking questions is the most powerful to attract your audience attention.
Do you Love PlayStation?
We love PlayStation
I love Playstation
Love Play station?,etc
Make it so simple.
Finally let’s see how to write powerful description. For like campaigns, it is so simple. Try to create a very simple, with call to action.
Like “Click “Like” if you love PlayStation.”
Step 4: Create a test Ad, Split test and Optimize
